What is a Bi-Energy System?
A bi-energy system combines a heat pump with a natural gas furnace to maximize your home's heating capability across Montreal's range of seasonal temperatures. During milder weather the heat pump operates efficiently on its own, while when temperatures drop below -12°C the system automatically switches to the furnace for greater heating power.
