You can choose other thirst-quenching drinks such as iced tea, but do not wait until you\u2019re thirsty, so you don\u2019t get dehydrated.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>2) SWIMMING<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you\u2019re lucky enough to have a pool at home, enjoy! Swimming just before bedtime is a real delight.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It takes about 10 minutes in cold water to lower your body temperature, so plan several dips during the day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2411\" src=\"http:\/\/allardemond.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/unnamed-4b.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you don\u2019t have a pool, transform your bathtub into a spa: fill it with fresh water and add a little peppermint essential oil.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>3) SHOWER<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When it\u2019s hot, you are more likely to shower in cold water, but a hot shower is more effective in lowering your body temperature before going to bed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Did you know that a good way to cool off is to take a shower fully dressed? It is not super convenient, but wet clothes take longer to dry and thus diffuse a continuous freshness on the skin.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>4) PORTABLE TOOLS<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For certain, you cannot get on the bus with wet clothes! Enjoy cool nights by installing fans near your windows to get fresh air in.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>10) AIR CONDITIONING<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The most complete solution is evidently to have an air conditioning system, whether you live in Montreal or the suburbs.
